
Here’s a yummy twist to your regular ‘ol breakfast hashbrowns! Breakfast can get kind of boring with the same things; oatmeal, grits, cereal, breads so here’s a recipe to add some flavor to your breakfast!

What you need:
-peeled sweet potatoes (obviously)
-cheese grater or if you have a fancy food chopper!
-extra virgin olive oil
-brown sugar

Take your sweet potatoes and move them up and down your cheese grater! (The forearm workout is a bonus)

Put some oil in your pan and evenly spread out your shredded sweet potatoes!

I like to cook them until they’re a little brown and crispy! Make sure you keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!

They definitely shrink down like spinach so make sure you prepare enough if you’re cooking for a large amount of people.
Sprinkle on some brown sugar and enjoy 🙂
Don’t forget to include some protein to this yummy side dish! Bacon, eggs, ham, anything will do!
